Hot & Creamy Artichoke Dubliner Dip
Makes 3 cups
12 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp grated onion
2 cups grated Dubliner Irish Cheese

Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8-inch baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.

Serve hot with cocktail rye bread, Melba toast, or any of your favorite crackers.
